1. Scope and Definitions

These Bonus Terms govern all promotions offered by Ffbet. In these Terms, the term "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, or other value awarded to a player in connection with a promotion. "Wagering Requirements" means the number of times the Bonus and any linked bonus funds must be staked before a withdrawal may be requested. These terms supplement, and do not replace, any other site terms and conditions, and apply to all players participating in promotions unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion.

2. Eligibility and Verification

Only players who are clearly identifiable and have completed required verification may participate in promotions. Applicants must provide accurate personal information and, upon request, submit documents for identity verification (ID), proof of address, and confirmation of Terms. Documents must be in English or accompanied by a legally valid English attestation. Verification is a condition for eligibility to withdraw funds derived from any Bonus.

3. Promotion Eligibility and Activation

Promotions are available to eligible players who satisfy all requirements set forth in the specific offer. To claim a promotion, a player must activate it before making the applicable deposit or wager, via the designated account area (e.g., Account → Bonus). If a bonus code is required, the code must be entered before deposit. Each player, family, household, IP address, device, and payment account is eligible for only one instance of each promotion unless otherwise stated. Ffbet reserves the right to decline participation or withdraw eligibility where there is suspected abuse or multiple accounts.

4. Deposit Bonuses

Deposit bonuses are credited in the same currency as the deposit. To withdraw any winnings derived from a deposit bonus, the player must meet the applicable Wagering Requirements. The standard wagering requirement for Deposit Bonuses is 40x the total bonus amount, and the contributions of games toward the wagering requirements are as follows unless stated otherwise in the bonus terms: Slots 100%, Tables 20%, Video Poker 20%, Live Casino 10%, Other Games may contribute up to 20% as published in the bonus terms. Any games excluded by the promotion or listed as non-contributing will not count toward wagering. The maximum cashout from bonus-derived winnings is capped at the greater of the deposit amount or a stated cap in the promotion (not to exceed reasonable internal limits).

5. No Deposit Bonuses

No deposit bonuses do not require an initial deposit. They are subject to wagering requirements, typically 60x for Slots and 80x for all other eligible games, with specific game contributions set forth in the bonus terms. No deposit bonuses have a cap on maximum winnings and a limited validity period (commonly 7 days). Winnings from no deposit bonuses are converted to real money only after all wagering requirements are met, and withdrawal requests may be denied if conditions are not satisfied. Some games may be blocked from wagering or have reduced contribution toward the rollover.

6. Free Spins and Free Chips

Free spins and free chips are promotional instruments that are awarded under specific promotions. Free spins must be activated within the stated period and are typically usable on defined games. Free spins winnings are treated as bonus money and subject to wagering and other bonus terms. Free spins may have a per-promotion expiry (for example, seven days from activation) and a cap on eligible winnings. Free chips may be restricted to fun play only and may have a fixed maximum withdrawal. Free spins must be used as instructed and may not be transferred between games.

7. Cashback and Other Promotions

Cashback and other discretionary promotions are offered under the terms of the specific offer. Cashback is credited to the player’s main balance, generally after a defined period, and may be subject to exclusions and wagering rules as published in the promotion. If a promotion includes a wagering requirement, it will be stated in the offer terms. In most cases, cashback does not carry additional wagering requirements and can be withdrawn once the standard withdrawal checks are completed, subject to any balance restrictions.

8. Wagering Requirements (Playthrough)

Wagering requirements apply to Bonuses and related funds. The specific playthrough for each promotion is stated in the offer terms. Examples: Deposit Bonuses may require wagering equal to 40x the bonus amount, while No Deposit Bonuses may require higher playthrough. Wagering contributions vary by game type and are subject to the promotion’s game-contribution table. Only settled bets count toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Wagering must be completed before a withdrawal is permissible; any attempt to withdraw prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible forfeiture of winnings.

9. Game Contributions and Exclusions

Game contributions toward wagering requirements are designated in the bonus’s terms and conditions. Typical contributions are as follows, unless stated otherwise: Slots 100%; Table Games 20%; Video Poker 20%; Live Casino 10%; Jackpots and certain other games may be excluded from wagering contributions. Bets on non-contributing games do not count toward wagering, and the use of bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

10. Maximum Withdrawals and Cashouts

Promotional winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal amount tied to the promotion or to the initial deposit amount. For deposit-based offers, the maximum cashout is limited to 10 times the deposit amount, subject to the promotion’s terms. Withdrawals are subject to standard verification and processing times. Live dealer games must be played from withdrawable funds; no deposit bonuses cannot be used to play live dealer games unless explicitly stated.

11. Bonus Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom expire in accordance with the specific promotion terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus, and any winnings attributed to the bonus, may be forfeited. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and winnings linked to that balance are removed from the account.

12. Bonus Abuse, Fraud, and Audits

Ffbet reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, using devices or software to exploit the terms, or any other activity deemed promotional abuse. In such cases, Ffbet may void bonuses, remove winnings, or suspend accounts. Any decision by Ffbet regarding promotion eligibility, adjustments, or cancellations is final and binding.

13. Stacking and Multiple Promotions

Promotions cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated. If multiple bonuses are inadvertently credited, promotions may be canceled or winnings voided. Only one active bonus per player is permitted at any time, and activating a new bonus may forfeit any existing bonus funds and related winnings.

14. Account Security and Documentation

Players must maintain accurate and current account information. Ffbet may request documentation to verify identity and address at any time. Documentation should be provided promptly to avoid withdrawal delays. Ffbet may, at its discretion, limit or suspend promotions for accounts under review or with incomplete verification.

15. Changes to Terms and Promotions

Ffbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to modify terms and conditions for new or ongoing offers. Changes apply to new promotions and, unless stated otherwise, to existing promotions for active accounts.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Bonus Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ffbet’s licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with promotions will be resolved in the competent courts or through the designated dispute resolution process in the applicable jurisdiction. The English version of these terms prevails in the event of any inconsistency with translations.
