Self Exclusion
Self-Exclusion Policy
Ffbet recognises the need for responsible gaming controls. This Self-Exclusion Policy explains how a player may suspend or restrict access to Ffbet’s services to manage or mitigate potential gambling-related harm. The policy applies to all games and services operated by Ffbet across web and mobile platforms.
Scope and Purpose
This policy covers voluntary self-exclusion from the full range of Ffbet offerings. The purpose is to provide a clear, enforceable mechanism by which a user can limit or suspend activity for a defined period and to outline the consequences and restoration process upon expiry.
How to Self-Exclude
Self-exclusion is implemented on written request. The user must submit the request from the email address used at registration and direct it to [email protected]. The request should identify the user, specify the services to be excluded, and indicate the exclusion period. The request must clearly state the intention to apply the Self-Exclusion service to the user and the exact duration selected.
The Self-Exclusion request will be processed by Ffbet notwithstanding other ongoing commitments, and the user will be notified of the action taken. The Self-Exclusion is effective upon processing and will limit access to the user’s Personal Account and to the Site’s services for the chosen period.
Exclusion Periods
- Defined by the user, with common options including 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 3 years.
- The period is not limited beyond these options if the user submits a longer duration, subject to subsequent actions described herein.
- For exclusions longer than 3 years, Ffbet may terminate the user’s registration and return funds held in the user’s Personal Account, in accordance with the general withdrawal terms and subject to applicable policy provisions.
Effects During Self-Exclusion
- Access to the user’s Personal Account is denied, and access to Ffbet’s Site services is suspended for the duration of the exclusion.
- Advertising and other promotional materials from Ffbet will not be targeted to the excluded user during the period.
Termination of Self-Exclusion and Restoration
- Termination of the Self-Exclusion service is not possible before the expiration of the period chosen by the user.
- Restoration of access occurs only upon a new written application submitted to [email protected] after the expiry date. There is no automatic reactivation of the user’s account at the end of the Self-Exclusion period.
- By submitting a Self-Exclusion request, the user acknowledges the consequences and agrees that Ffbet may rely on the withdrawal and account-recovery processes in place according to the Terms and Conditions.
Long-Term Exclusion and Fund Repatriation
If a user elects a period exceeding three years, Ffbet may terminate the user’s registration during or at the end of the exclusion period and will return funds held in the user’s Personal Account in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms, subject to the standard verification and processing requirements.
Cooling Off (UK Residents)
Where applicable, a user who is a resident of the United Kingdom may request a cooling-off period as an alternative to full self-exclusion. The cooling-off options are 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, or 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account will be automatically reactivated at the end of the chosen interval. To initiate a cooling-off period, the user should contact support or use the self-service options available after logging in.
Account Closure and Additional Safeguards
Ffbet may close a user’s account if there is a reasonable belief that gambling may cause financial or personal difficulties. In such cases, the user will be prohibited from opening a new account. Reinstatement or re-entry to the platform will require compliance with the current Terms and Conditions and any applicable verification requirements. Ffbet does not assume liability for prohibited conduct by the user in attempting to circumvent controls.
Contact and Verification
All Self-Exclusion requests and any subsequent restoration requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], from the registered email address. The process may require identity verification where applicable, and Ffbet may request documentation consistent with its Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) policies before restoring access after an exclusion period.
