Sports Rules
1. Key terms
- Sportsbook: The integrated service provided by Ffbet for placing bets on defined markets. It includes the offered markets, the odds published by Ffbet, and the settlement rules applicable to bets placed within the sportsbook.
- Player: The customer who places bets and holds an account with Ffbet.
- Contract: The legal agreement formed when a bet is accepted by Ffbet under the terms published in the sportsbook. The contract binds the player to honour the bet and Ffbet to settle winnings or losses in accordance with these terms.
- Bet: The player's selection, confirmed by the transfer of funds, which seals the contract for a specific market and outcome.
- Market: A specific offering within the sportsbook on which a bet may be placed, including the stated rules and anticipated result framework for that market.
- Winning odds: The multiplier applied to the stake to determine the payout for a winning bet.
- Outcome: The final result of the market on which the bet was placed, as determined by the event's official result or by the sportsbook's ruling if applicable.
2. General rules
- Rule amendments: Ffbet reserves the right to update these rules and to publish new rules on the website. Any new rules or amendments shall become effective immediately after publication and shall apply to bets placed after publication.
- Age restrictions: Persons under 18 years of age are prohibited from registering on the platform or placing bets. The company may request documentary proof of age, and failure to provide acceptable proof may result in denial of access or temporary freezing of the account.
- Personal data security: Ffbet will protect customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information relating to the customer’s account, transactions, and winnings is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or regulatory oversight. Communications may relate to account matters, promotions, or security notices.
- Multiple accounts: It is prohibited to hold more than one active customer account. If multiple accounts are discovered, all but one may be closed, and offers may be restricted to the remaining account. Promotions and bonuses may be withdrawn or not applied if multiple accounts are used to obtain an advantage.
3. Bet acceptance
- Bets are accepted on markets before the scheduled start time unless otherwise indicated in these rules or the market rules. Live bets are accepted on events in progress where permitted.
- Bets must be placed before the start of the event. Live bets are exempt from this constraint and may be accepted during the event, subject to market rules.
- Disputes: Any disputed issues regarding settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event's conclusion.
- Rule changes: Ffbet may modify the sportsbook, including odds, handicaps, totals, accumulator limits, and maximum stakes, at any time. Bets placed prior to such changes shall remain subject to the terms in force at the time of placement.
- Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake levels are determined by event type and market and may change without prior notice. Ffbet may impose additional restrictions on bet types or related promotional offers.
- Invalid bets: A bet placed on a market with an already known outcome at the moment of placement shall be deemed invalid and refunded, and shall be excluded from any accumulator or system bet.
- Forfeiture and disqualification: If a team forfeits or a participant is disqualified before the event's end, markets with already determined results shall be settled; remaining markets shall settle at odds of 1.00.
- Errors and corrections: Ffbet will use reasonable care to ensure accuracy of odds and market data. If an error occurs, the following shall apply: (a) a live bet affected by the error may be canceled; (b) the player is responsible for the bet details; once a bet is accepted it cannot be altered or canceled by the player; and (c) where technical issues or mis-entry affect settlement, corrections may be applied to ensure fair outcome.
- Right to refuse bets: Ffbet may refuse to accept a bet, without explanation, and may close or temporarily block a customer account without prior notice.
- Football rules reference: See the dedicated football rules section for sport-specific terms and outcomes.
- Balances: Each customer maintains two balances — a main balance and a bonus balance. Only the main balance may be used for placing bets; bets may not be placed using funds from the bonus balance.
4. Types of bet
- Single Bet: A wager on a single market outcome. The payout equals the stake multiplied by the selected market odds, subject to rounding rules.
- Accumulator Bet: A wager on multiple independent events. All selections must be correct for a win. Total odds are the product of the individual odds, rounded to two decimal places. Payout equals the stake multiplied by the total odds.
- System Bet: A combination of related accumulators sharing a common stake. The bettor specifies the total number of outcomes and the size of each accumulator. Winnings equal the sum of the winnings from all included accumulators.
- Conditional Bet: A sequence of standard bets funded by the winnings from the principal bet. Funds for subsequent bets are deducted from prior winnings. If the principal bet loses, all conditional bets lose. If winnings are insufficient to fund the next conditional bet, the remaining bets are excluded and only the principal bet is settled.
5. Live bets
- Live bets are accepted during an event on markets whose outcomes are not yet determined, available in the live betting section.
- Live odds update in real time. Odds may move between selection and acceptance and may affect potential winnings.
- Settlement: Live bets are settled based on results known immediately after the event or segment ends, with subsequent changes not affecting settlement. Bets on ineligible participants may be invalid.
- In-play outcomes: Bets on markets whose outcomes are decided during live play remain valid and will be settled accordingly, even if the event is curtailed.
- Claims window: Claims regarding live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event's start.
- Interrupted events: If a match is interrupted or not completed within 24 hours, settled bets are not recalculated. Outcomes that remain unresolved are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is refunded; where outcomes are not unambiguously determined, bets may be settled at 1.00.
6. Bet history
You may review all prior bets at any time in the Bet History section. The search and filter tools allow viewing bets within a chosen date range.
7. Stake limits
The minimum stake across all events is a fixed amount in the local currency. Maximum stakes are event- and market-specific, determined by Ffbet for each bet type and event, and may change without notice. Ffbet may restrict maximum wagers, limit multiple bets on identical outcomes, and impose restrictions on certain bettors or groups at its discretion.
8. Football rules
8.1 Framework: Bets on football cover regular time including stoppage time as declared by official sources. First-half stoppage time is denoted as 45'+X and second-half stoppage time as 90'+X; events are treated as having occurred within the corresponding regular period. If extra time or penalties determine advancement or winner, the sportsbook may offer outcomes such as the outcome of the match or qualification for the next round. If an event ends prior to its official finish time and the final official result is not confirmed, bets on that event are invalid and settled at odds of 1.00, except for live bets settled before stoppage or for markets based on two-legged ties where applicable. If an event is not completed within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, bets on that event are invalid and settled at odds of 1.00. Changes to start times may shift the deadline to place bets. First goalscorer bets exclude own goals; if the first goal is an own goal, bets on the first goalscorer are settled based on the player who scores the next goal. Bets on players who are substituted or sent off before the first goal do not count. If a specified player does not participate, bets on that player lose.
